Prof. Hossam Fahem Abdel-Rahim • Professor Hossam Fahem Abdel-Rahim is currently a Professor and Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Al-Azhar University in Cairo. • Clinical Director of Adam International Hospital. • He has a Doctorate Degree in OB/GYN from Al-Azhar University. • He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London (MRCOG, FRCOG). • He trained in Egypt, UK and Ireland, where he worked as a Lecturer in OB/GYN at the Royal College of Surgeons. • He was awarded the prestigious FIGO award in 2000. • Head of the Professors’ Appointment Committee • Fellow representative at the ERC – Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists 2009-2019, and previously Member representative 2004- 2009.
